Fraser Valley Condo sale prices declined by 18.55% from the peak of the market

Fraser Valley condo sales prices have declined by 18.55% in value from the peak of the market in February 2022.

Currently Fraser Valley condos are selling for an average of 94.9% of list price, on the market for average of 33 days on market and selling for an average of $591 per square foot.

The average condo in the Fraser Valley was $609,000 at the peak in February 2022 and currently the average condo is currently selling for $496,000, representing a decline in home value of 18.55%. Across all property types the decline has been sharper with the average price peaking at $1,282,397 in February 2022 and declining to $928,961, representing a decrease of 27.5%,
