As a proud MBA candidate through Carleton University and an Associate Broker, Liz Penner boasts a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience. She is a proud graduate of KPU, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Leadership, focusing on strategic business analysis, digital marketing, and management of service-based organizations. Liz also holds a Diploma in Accounting and gained valuable experience working in an accounting firm, where she prepared full-cycle financial statements.
Liz’s expertise extends into real estate, having completed the CCIM curriculum with courses in Financial, Market, Investment, and User Analysis for Commercial Real Estate. Her training encompasses key aspects of real estate, including knowledge of the Strata Property Act, the Residential Tenancy Act, estate sales and foreclosures, title searching, and contract writing. Additionally, Liz acts as a part-time instructor in BCIT’s new home builder licensing program, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing her skill set in the real estate industry.

Liz Penner was born and raised in BC, where she lives with her husband and two children. Liz is a proud supporter of the mental health community alongside her husband, Jordan Penner, who runs a practice in Cloverdale as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Liz is actively involved in the real estate community. Currently, she serves the BC Real Estate Association as a member of their legal defence committee and on the professional standards hearing committee with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
