Liz Penner has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership, focusing on strategic business analysis, digital marketing, and management of service-based organizations. Liz also holds a Diploma in Accounting with a background working in an accounting firm preparing full-cycle financial statements. Liz is licensed as a Managing Broker and has completed courses in Financial and Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Liz is extensively trained in core areas of real estate, including the strata property act, the residential tenancy act, estate sales and foreclosures, title searching, and contract writing.

Liz Penner was born and raised in BC, where she resides with her husband and two children. Liz is a proud supporter of the mental health community alongside her husband, who runs a practice as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
